In a world of choices and voices, people are just trying to figure out life—what to do, who to trust, and how to find peace. So, you're not alone if you feel overwhelmed, lost, or tired of trying to make life work. The search for clarity is entirely human.
Maybe you’ve tried different ways of finding guidance—tarot cards, astrology, energy readings, crystals, or intuition. These tools promise insight, comfort, or control. And, sometimes, they seem to help—until they land you in a depleted condition.

But what if accurate guidance isn’t found in a method?
What if it’s found in a person?
The Bible says we were made to hear God’s voice. In a world filled with noise and uncertainty, the Bible offers a surprising and beautiful truth.
My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. John 10:27 (ERV)
Pray to me, and I will answer you. I will tell you important secrets. You have never heard these things before. Jeremiah 33:3 (ERV)
Jesus isn’t distant. He’s not a phantom or a religious relic. He’s alive—and He describes Himself as the "Good Shepherd" who speaks, guides, protects, and knows you by name. Honest guidance isn’t found through magic or rituals but through a relationship. God doesn’t just want to give you answers. He wants to do life with you in the present and prepare you for eternal life.
The Bible cautions against the use of tarot cards and similar practices. If tarot cards or spiritual tools have been part of your search, my words may feel surprising—even offensive. But it isn't about control or judgment, but truth and protection.
When people tell you, “Try out the fortunetellers. Consult the spiritualists. Why not tap into the spirit-world, get in touch with the dead?” Tell them, “No, we’re going to study the Scriptures.” People who try the other ways get nowhere—a dead end! Frustrated and famished, they try one thing after another. When nothing works out they get angry, cursing first this god and then that one, looking this way and that, up, down, and sideways—and seeing nothing, a blank wall, an empty hole. They end up in the dark with nothing. Isaiah 8:19–22 (MESSAGE)
In ancient cultures, people regularly sought out spiritual practices, like omens, fortune-telling, or mediums, to make decisions or feel secure. But God consistently warned His people not to seek insight apart from Him. Why? Because those tools open the door to spiritual voices that don’t love you, don’t know you, and can’t heal you. They offer:
The illusion of control, not peace
Vague inspiration, not truth
Temporary comfort, not lasting hope
Spiritual confusion, not clarity
There’s a haunting story in the Bible about a king named Saul. He once followed God but became desperate for answers when God was silent. Instead of waiting on the Lord, he turned to a medium—someone who claimed to speak with the dead.
Saul disguised himself... and said, ‘Consult a spirit for me... bring up Samuel. (1 Samuel 28:8)
The experience left him more afraid, more confused, and spiritually exposed. He wanted
clarity but walked away with torment. God never stopped caring for Saul, but Saul chose a voice that wasn’t God’s. And that voice only led him deeper into fear, not peace.

Jesus doesn’t speak in riddles. He doesn’t need props, cards, or rituals. He offers something real and lasting—something no spiritual tool can replicate:
Presence – You are never alone.
Peace – Even when life feels chaotic, His peace goes deeper than circumstances.
Truth – Not vague symbols, but clear, loving direction.
Hope – Not hype, not illusion, but a secure future.
And the best part? He doesn’t wait for you to “get your act together.” He says: “Come. Follow me.” Where Do You Start? If you’re spiritually curious and wondering if God is real—if He speaks, if He sees you—start here:
Trust God from the bottom of your heart; don’t try to figure out everything on your own. Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go; he’s the one who will keep you on track. Don’t assume that you know it all. Run to God! Run from evil! Your body will glow with health, your very bones will vibrate with life! Proverbs 3:5–7 (MESSAGE)
That’s not a formula. It’s a relationship.
Talk to God honestly. Ask Him to show you the truth.
Open a Bible—start with the Gospel of Mark. Then read John, Matthew & Luke.
Connect with a pastor or someone you know is a sincere follower of Christ.
You don’t need cards. You don’t need rituals. You need a Shepherd. You need Jesus. If you're open, He’s already near. And His voice will never lead you astray.
God bless you sir. Our God isn't dead,he knows and hear us.
